How to contact the CX team

Channels: Use the contact form (preferred) or email. Include your name, email, and whether you are a buyer or seller. If your query is about a specific requirement, order, or contract, please include that reference. Choose the right request type so we can triage quickly: General inquiry, Technical support, or Grievance / post-sales.

What to expect:

• Automatic acknowledgment (on-screen and by email)
• First response within 24 business hours for general and technical requests
• If we need to involve another team (e.g. tech or legal), we will tell you and follow up

Connect / Grievances (post-sales)

What we mean by grievances: Post-sales issues such as delivery, quality, payments, contract disputes, or other concerns after a deal is closed.

How to raise: Use the contact form with type "Grievance / post-sales" or our dedicated Grievances page. Please include the requirement, order, or contract ID and a short description.

What to expect:

• Acknowledgement and a reference number (e.g. GRV-20250301-001). Quote it in any follow-up.
• First update within 5 business days
• Resolution or next steps; if unresolved, we will escalate to our CX lead or operations
